This Copyright Notice applies to the digital invitation creation services offered at https://nousmarions.com (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by Zerda Yılmaz, a sole proprietor trading as "Nous Marions".

1. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including all design templates, images, illustrations, animations, fonts, icons, texts, software code, interface design, and the "Nous Marions" brand and logo, is protected under applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws, including international copyright conventions.

All intellectual property rights in this content belong to Nous Marions or its respective licensors.

2. License of Use

Users are granted a personal, non-transferable right of use, within the scope of the package they purchase, solely to create and share digital invitations for their own events.

This license does not constitute a transfer of ownership of the Platform's templates or content to the user.

3. Prohibited Uses

Neither users nor any third party may do any of the following without the written permission of Nous Marions:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Platform's design templates, images, or code fragments,
Resell, rent, or transfer templates or content to third parties for commercial purposes,
Use Platform content to develop another service or product,
Use the brand, logo, or designs without permission in other media,
Remove or alter copyright and ownership notices on the content.

4. Prohibition of Reproduction by Technical Means

All images, opening animations (intro videos), design elements, and other content displayed on the Platform and on invitation pages are provided solely for viewing in the browser. Downloading, saving, reproducing, or copying this content by any technical means, including browser developer tools ("inspect"/inspect element), viewing the page source, screen recording, opening file links directly, or any similar method, is strictly prohibited.

Obtaining this content by technical means and:

presenting it as one's own work, design, or product,
offering it for sale, sharing it, or distributing it on another platform, on social media, or in a marketplace,
using it to create another invitation, service, or product

constitutes clear copyright infringement and unfair competition. Where Nous Marions detects such infringements, it reserves the right to pursue civil and, where applicable, criminal remedies under applicable copyright and unfair competition law.

The fact that content is technically accessible during viewing does not mean that downloading, using, or reproducing it is permitted.

5. Content Monitoring and Enforcement

Nous Marions regularly monitors and tracks its content to detect unauthorized use. In this context, it uses analytics tools that measure interaction with content (for example, PostHog) as well as automated copyright tracking and DMCA scanning systems (bots) designed to detect unauthorized copies of its content on the internet.

Through these systems, unauthorized publication of the Platform's images, intro videos, and other design elements on other websites, on social media, or in marketplaces is regularly searched for and detected.

Where unauthorized use is detected, Nous Marions reserves the right to submit DMCA and similar takedown notices to the relevant platforms, to demand removal of the content, and, where it deems necessary, to pursue civil and criminal remedies under applicable copyright and unfair competition law.

6. Content Uploaded by Users

Users are responsible for being the rights holder of, or being authorized to use, the photographs, texts, music, and similar content they add to their invitations.

The user warrants that the content they upload does not infringe the copyright, personality rights, or other legal rights of third parties. Any legal liability arising from this content rests with the user.

The user is deemed to have permitted the Platform to process the content they upload solely for the purpose of creating, displaying, and sharing the invitation.

7. Third-Party Content

Some fonts, music, or images used on the Platform may be provided under third-party licenses. Such content is subject to the relevant license terms and may be used only in the form in which it is presented on the Platform.

8. Copyright Infringement Notices

If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you can contact us at the email address below. Including in your notice information about the content you believe to be infringing and an explanation demonstrating your ownership of the rights will speed up the evaluation of your request.

Where a notice is found justified, the relevant content is removed or corrected as soon as possible.
