Save the Date

Digital Save the Date

You have set the date; the venue and details can come later. Let your guests reserve the day now, and send the real invitation when you are ready.

A save the date is the short announcement sent months before the wedding: your names, the date and the city. Its job is to let guests hold the day, which matters most for guests travelling from abroad and for summer weddings.

A digital save the date is ready in about a minute: pick the design, type the names and the date, send the link. Guests save the date to their calendars and signal whether they hope to come; you follow the answers from your panel.

When your wedding invitation is ready you move to the wedding package in the same account; your guest list stays with you and the save the date link remains live.

How it works

Open the live demo on your phone; see the opening animation, the music and every section as your guests will.

  2. 02

    Enter your details

Names, date, venue, schedule and notes are written in your panel; every change publishes instantly.

  3. 03

    Share the link

WhatsApp, SMS or a QR code. Guests open it without installing anything and reply on the same page.

Frequently asked

When should a save the date be sent?

Usually 6 to 9 months before the wedding, earlier if many guests travel from another city or country. For summer weddings, sending in winter is common.

Is it a different product from the invitation?

Yes, it is a separate and lower-priced package. When you move on to your wedding invitation you buy the wedding package in the same account; your account and guest list stay the same.

Do I have to name the venue?

No. Names, the date and the city are enough. When the venue is set you add it from your panel, or leave it for the wedding invitation.

Can guests add the date to their calendar?

Most designs include an add-to-calendar link; the date lands in your guest's phone calendar with one tap.
